India Flag in 1931

Again, the wheel denotes motion. There is death in stagnation. There is life in movement. India should no more resist change, it must move and go forward. The wheel represents the dynamism of a peaceful.

History Of Indian Flag

Congress had decided to adopted tricolor flag in 1931 in Mumbai session. The tricolor flag had three colors saffron, green and wheel. Finally the present tricolor was adopted in 1947 in national assembly.
