Election Commission of India


India is one of the largest democratic country of the world. And government in India elected by the people. But big question is that how election held in India. The election in India organized under the election commission of India. And the election commission of India is responsible for organized the election as in the manner of constitution, electoral laws and System. Election Commission of India is a permanent Constitutional Body. The Election Commission was established in accordance with the Constitution on 25th January 1950.
The chief election commissioner is to be head of election commission of India. The chief election commissioner of India is to be appointed by the president of India. First time in 1989 the other two election commissioner was appointed for very sort time and after that in 1993 the two other two election commissioner was appointed regularly. The decisions of the Commission can be challenged in the High Court and the Supreme Court of the India by appropriate petitions. The Elections are held buy the election commission of India according to the constitutional system Mr B.B. Tandon is the first chief election commissioner of India and Mr. Sukumar Sen was the first chief election commissioner of India.
